This new book is written for the stroke survivors, caregivers and the medical community at large, and it is already creating a major buzz.

Markley, while talking about the new book. “I have had the opportunity to communicate with many survivors worldwide and this book is yet another contribution to help the stroke surviving community,” she added. According to Tracy, stroke is becoming an increasingly common healthcare issue and this book is her effort to help the victims, their families and caregivers as well as the fitness industry professionals. Tracy is on the Fitness Education Advisory Board at Medfited.org and has written a Stroke Recovery & Exercise Course for fitness professionals.

“I even had a couple in their 80s travel 3000 miles to live in my town for 30 days to train the 82 year old stroke survivor husband.” Said Tracy, while sharing her experiences. “I have been contacted from all over the world by those who have read my first 2 books for guidance on care or to help them find someone in their area they live with the knowledge and credentials to help them,” the author added. Tracy was deeply inspired by the survivors and their struggle, and she will announce the signing date for this book soon and she has expressed her readers from around the world for their feedback.
