Cultivate the Healer Within: Join Usha Anandi for a Practical 3-Day Immersion Into Plant-Based Remedies for Everyday Living

Herbalism at Home with Usha Anandi, founder and owner of Womben Wellness.

Usha Anandi with Womben Wellness is thrilled to announce an affordable and transformative 3-day Herbal Self-Care Immersion, where individuals will unlock the secrets of herbal practices for their well-being, using herbs and spices readily available in their homes. The training will take place from June 23rd to June 25th, 2023.

Usha Anandi, an experienced clinical herbalist trained in Ayurvedic, Traditional Chinese, and Western herbal traditions, understands the profound impact of herbal knowledge on individuals, families, and communities. With over eight years of dedicated practice as an herbalist, she deeply reveres and respects the precious medicine that the Earth provides.

“Eastern Medicine sees the body as a part of nature. Whatever we do to nature, we do to ourselves. So, it’s no surprise that as we go through an ecological crisis, many women also suffer from health challenges. I believe the way back home is through our connection with the earth and the plants she offers us.” says Usha Anandi.

“Unfortunately, many see herbalism as difficult or dangerous or feel too overwhelmed to know where to start. That’s why I created this Immersion: to give women a chance to learn how to make remedies utilizing common herbs and items they already have in their kitchen. Rather than lusting over the next big superfood or exotic herb, we can learn how to heal our bodies with what we already have at home. This is the magic of kitchen herbalism. Plus, after the immersion, you’ll have remedies you’ve made with your own hands to share with people you love!”

Usha’s Herbalism at Home Training, scheduled from June 23rd to June 25th, 2023, is designed to provide participants with invaluable knowledge and practical skills centered on three primary herbal skills. The comprehensive training includes:

–  9 hours of live herbalism teaching sessions with Usha Anandi, where participants will gain insights into the art and science of herbal oils, herbal soaks and baths, and medicinal spices.

–  An immersive workbook containing additional herbal recipes and techniques, ensuring participants have a comprehensive resource to refer to long after the training.

–  Profound understanding of three distinct types of herbal remedies to support individual health challenges like stress and sleep disturbances, shame around intimacy, uncomfortable periods, dry skin, weak immune systems, irritable digestive systems, and more.

–  Access to a supportive community of like-minded individuals and alumni, fostering connections and the opportunity to seek expert advice.

The training unfolds over three packed days, each focusing on a different aspect of herbal self-care.

Day 1: Homemade Body Oils – Participants will learn how to create and apply two unique herbal oils to various parts of the body and uterus, harnessing this simple practice as medicine to improve blood flow, clear out old emotions, and support optimal uterine alignment.

Day 2: Herbal Soaks – Discover the art of crafting two invigorating herbal baths specifically designed to support uterine health through foot soaks and another for a luxurious whole-body experience. Herbal soaks can help those struggling with irregular cycles, chronically cold feet and hands, and anyone seeking a better night’s sleep.

Day 3: Medicinal Spices – Unlock the potential of medicinal spices to alleviate common discomforts such as painful periods, irregular cycles, headaches, and digestive issues associated with hormonal changes.

Join Usha Anandi and fellow participants to learn the properties and benefits while making herbal medicine in real time live on Zoom from 9 am to 12 pm PT on June 23rd, 24th, and 25th, or enjoy access to the replay of the immersive training for 90 days afterward.

About Usha Anandi and Womben Wellness:

Usha Anandi began working with herbal medicine after watching her diabetic father change his lifestyle and diet and incorporate herbs into his life to balance his blood sugar naturally.  He had it under control for years and was thriving until he slowly started to slip back into old patterns and forget to care for himself. The result? He’s now taking over ten pharmaceuticals daily.

As a clinical herbalist formally trained in Ayurvedic, Traditional Chinese, and Western herbal traditions, Usha has seen the incredible impact herbal knowledge can have on individuals, families, and communities.  But the one thing most people don’t understand about herbal medicine is that it only works if one uses it consistently and regularly.
